1. Promotion and links in e-mail event announcements going out to up to 5000 people in the international community in Tokyo.

3. Announcements thanking the event sponsors will be made during the event prior to the raffle conducted as a highlight of the event.
4. During the event, a projection system will display information concerning the event sponsors and charity recipients. A single logo or branding statement will be included per sponsor. (Receipt of the logo or branding statement in standard graphical format - gif, jpg, png, bmp, wmf, tif, etc. - by July 14 required for inclusion)
5. A literature table will be provided near the entrance for Corporate Supporters.
